Fix CD or DVD Drive Error Code 39: You may be facing the error code 39 with your CD or DVD drive and as soon as you start your PC you may get the error message stating “Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. Method 2: Delete UpperFilters and LowerFilters Registry Key

1.Press the Windows key + R button to open the Run dialogue box.

2.Type regedit in the Run dialogue box, then press Enter.

4.Under the Hardware and Sound item, click ‘Configure a device‘ and click next.

5.If the problem is found, click on ‘Apply this fix.
